2009 Fashion Show

Our 2nd annual children's fashion show was held on Sunday, June 28th, 2009 at Towson University's Stephens Hall Theatre. Dozens of children age 3 to 16 modeled pajama ensembles depicting the seasons of the year in representation of our theme "Together We Weather the Storm." The children of our Casey Cares families participated in the spring portion of the show.

Candace Dold of Fox 45 news was this year's host and Karen Buck, Casey Willet, Anne Boone-Simanski, Sharan Joyner-Nixon, and Batman rounded out the team of judges. A huge thank you goes out to the theatre crew at Towson for their technical expertise, Laural Hargadon for coordinating make up and face painting for our models, Allogram Inc. for the donation of trophies, Dan Hawkins for the music mix, AJ Video Services for shooting the video, Jan Katzenberger for creating the scenery and Fifer's Seafood for sponsoring the show.

We are especially grateful to our models and their parents, not only for their participation, but also their creativity, patience and enthusiasm throughout the event.
